Description
During the Snorkel Safari we will observe the seabed from the surface with a mask and snorkel and if required a wetsuit. You will be able to see the amount of marine flora and fauna in the impressive marine reserve of the island of Tabarca. We do 2 snorkeling sessions of approximately 1 hour each. During which we will explore different areas of the island of Tabarca.
For example, La Galera, a small island full of wildlife and birds and underneath a lot of marine life. Or L’Escull Negre (The black rock) and the famous caves with crystal clear water in Tabarca. Like the sea lion cave, which has two entrances connected underwater. This cave was inhabited by sea lions in the past and legend has it that it crosses from one side of the island of Tabarca to the other.
Where does the activity take place?
We carry out the activity in Tabarca Island. The activity starts at 09:00 and ends at 14:00.
What does it include?
The snorkeling equipment (goggles and snorkel), a professional and qualified guide who will show you places that very few people know and the boat trip to the island of Tabarca from Santa Pola, round trip. Also, if you wish we can organize the food so you don’t have to prepare a picnic, even if you want to spend the night in the wonderful Tabarca Island.
What should I take with me?
Swimwear, sunscreen and we recommend bringing something to eat for lunch.
