What is rafting in the Segura River?
Would you like to go rafting on the Segura River? Live a refreshing, fun and adrenaline-filled experience with the descent of the Segura in rafting, one of the most exciting activities you can do in the middle of nature.
This 13.5 km tour takes approximately 3 hours, with stretches of rapids, sharp turns and even two dams that will test your adventurous spirit. It is a perfect plan for both groups and families, always accompanied by specialized monitors to ensure your safety throughout the journey.
Where does the descent of the Segura take place?
We are located right next to the riverbed, in a privileged natural environment to enjoy descents on the Segura River. The facilities are perfectly equipped with changing rooms, showers, lockers, a tourist office and even a room with more than 200 lockers to store your belongings and take a shower at the end of the activity.
What does rafting on the Segura River include?
When you book your rafting experience on the Segura River, this is all that is included:
- Qualified instructors (one instructor per rafting trip and two instructors for every ten kayaks).
- One ground monitor with van.
- All the necessary equipment to carry out the activity: boat, paddle, vest, helmet…
- Liability and accident insurance.
- Sports facilities equipped with changing rooms, showers and lockers.
- Photographic report of the activity.
- Lunch (Sandwich + beverage: water, beer, Fanta or Coca-Cola)
- Transportation from the facilities to the departure point of the descent.
- Wetsuits (Winter only. Up to 40 units).
What is not included?
Transportation from your accommodation to our facilities is not included. Remember that the meeting point is next to the Segura River, where the adventure begins.
What should I take with me?
To enjoy rafting on the Segura River, we recommend you bring swimwear, sunscreen and comfortable shoes that fit well to the foot, such as booties or sneakers. It is also important to bring dry clothes and shoes to change into after the descent, as you will end up wet and will want to be comfortable at the end of the activity.
