2 dives (1 in shallow water + 1 in open water up to a maximum of 12 meters)

Your first dive in Alicante

Would you like to know what it feels like to breathe underwater? The scuba diving baptism in Alicante is the perfect gateway to discover the underwater world without any previous experience or certification. It is a full day experience with the official PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program, which can even serve as a first step to become a certified PADI Open Water Diver.

How is the diving baptism done?

First, your instructor will explain how to use the diving equipment, safety procedures and you will review some exercises that you will later practice in the water.

After the briefing, the fun begins! Your instructor will help you get equipped and go into the shallow water. At first you will get used to breathing underwater for a while. Once all participants feel comfortable and ready we will proceed to practice the exercises mentioned above.
After a short break, we will make a second dive, during which you will be able to go deeper and enjoy the incredible underwater world. Accompanied at all times by your PADI diving instructor.

Where are the diving baptisms in Alicante held?

In Pura Aventura we do the diving baptism in Alicante and also in other spectacular locations such as Torrevieja, Santa Pola, Cartagena and Cabo de Palos. Always from the beach, in areas with ideal conditions for beginners and good visibility.

What does it include?

The activity includes everything you need to enjoy it without worries: full diving equipment, specific insurance, transportation to and from the dive center and the attention of a qualified PADI instructor who will accompany you at all times.

In addition, if you let us know in advance, we can take pictures and videos during the experience at no additional cost. This way you will have an unforgettable memory of your first contact with the underwater world.

What should I take with me?

You only need to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen and some food if you want to have lunch after diving. We take care of the rest.
